Indeed, the guillotine has now fallen. The time is up. No more FE & HE motions will be discussed at this conference. However, its not over til its over, as that old sporting proverb goes.
There is now a procedural motion for all remaining FE and HE motions to be referred to the National Executive Council for review.
Opposing speech wouldn’t like to see “15 people make a decision” but would rather it was spoken about at the conference.
There is, however, no chance for the guillotine to rise again. It’s fallen and that is that. Final.
Procedural motion passes so remaining motions will be refered to NEC.
