Disabled students’ statement on flashmobs

There was a procedural motion to suspend a rule to suspend order paper for a statement from a disabled student committee member. The Disabled students take the stage to make a case for the procedural motion but gets it wrong and starts making his statement too early. Vote on the procedural motion to hear the statement passes and the delegate returns to the stage.

The delegate has an issue with flashmobs – they need space and time during access breaks and are asking not to use access breaks to promote things and allow disabled tudents to use it as they need.
